 Access control
Access control ensures that only authorized users can gain access to InfoPro. None but users with the proper rights can view and edit individual projects, documents, emails, notes, etc.
Any organization has documents that are not to be seen or edited by everybody. Such documents could contain sensitive information about a customer deal that only a select few should be able to access, for instance.
InfoPro 2i allows you to control access rights to every piece of information. This means that read and/or writing rights can be allocated to individuals or groups. People with neither of these rights will not be able to access restricted documents, and will know nothing of the existence of these documents. This gives a high level of security when dealing with sensitive information, and the risk of error is minimized by write protection.
