Document templates provide the company with a standardized way of communicating with the outside world.
Without InfoPro 2i
Using manual file management, resources are spent on first creating a document layout and then typing information into the document, e.g. supplying a name and address for a letter.
With InfoPro 2i
A new document can be based on an InfoPro 2i template. A standardized layout, e.g. a letter layout, is transferred to the document, and the name and address of the recipient are then automatically inserted.
