Time-saving installation of InfoPro 2i.
Server installation
A standard server installation of InfoPro 2i takes three hours. If an Oracle 8i Standard Edition server or above is already running, the process is even faster.
Client installation
Client installation is also quickly handled by configuring the InfoPro web server to being a "Trusted site in the domain". This prompts an automatic distribution of an ocx-plugin to the clients' browsers at the time of their initial login to the system. This method saves time both when installing for the first time, and when downloading future updates.
Installation kit
InfoPro 2i comes with an installation kit that includes easy and comprehensive instructions for installing both Oracle and InfoPro 2i.
